Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
   • Once the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
2. UB Enterprises-Initiated Cancellations
   • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
   • If your order is eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
