1. Eligibility for Return
   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with proper packaging.
   • Only items with manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or incorrect deliveries are eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   • Customized furniture items.
   • Clearance or discounted items.
   • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Refund Process
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
   • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same product at no additional cost.
